Unlocked offers digital subscription products. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied and handle refund requests fairly.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the Service and we were unable to resolve it
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of your first purchase and have not substantially used the premium content

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You have accessed premium content and more than 48 hours have passed
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal date
  • You simply changed your mind after extended use

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. To cancel, contact us at support@unlockedintimacy.com.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@unlockedintimacy.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
