How do I connect with my partner?

It's easy! One partner opens the app and taps "Create Room" to get a 6-digit code. Share this code with your partner. They tap "Join Room" and enter the code. Once connected, you'll both see the same cards in sync!

Do we both need to download the app?

Yes, both partners need to have Unlocked installed on their devices to play together. The app syncs cards between both phones in real-time.

What if my partner is far away?

Unlocked works great for long-distance couples! Enable "Long Distance Mode" when selecting your preferences, and you'll get cards specially designed for partners who are apart.

🎴 Decks & Content

What decks are available?

We offer 5 decks: Sweet (romantic & loving), Flirty (playful & teasing), Hot (sensual adventures), Naughty (passionate exploration), and Kamasutra (ancient wisdom). Sweet and Flirty are free; others require Premium.

Is the content inclusive for LGBTQ+ couples?

Absolutely! When you set up your session, you can select your relationship type (straight, lesbian, gay, or bisexual). All cards are tailored to match your preferences.

What are locations and enhancements?

Locations let you customize where you're playing (bedroom, kitchen, hotel, etc.). Enhancements add extras like blindfolds, ice, or music to your experience. These make each session unique!

💎 Premium & Subscriptions

What's included in Premium?

Premium unlocks: Hot deck, Naughty deck, Kamasutra deck, all locations (kitchen, bathroom, car, outdoors, hotel), and all enhancements (blindfold, ice, toys, restraints, and more).

How much does Premium cost?

We offer three options: Weekly ($3.99/week), Monthly ($14.99/month), or Yearly ($189/year). All plans include full access to all premium features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Unlocked → Cancel subscription.

Does my partner also need Premium?

No! Only one partner needs Premium. When you're connected in a room, both partners can enjoy premium content as long as one has an active subscription.

🔒 Privacy & Security

Is my data private?

Yes! We don't require accounts, we don't store your personal information, and we don't track your intimate sessions. Your privacy is our priority.

Can others see what I'm doing in the app?

No. Room codes are temporary and only connect you with your partner. No one else can join your session or see your activity.

How do I request my data be deleted?

Email us at [email protected] with your request. Since we collect minimal data, there's usually nothing to delete, but we'll confirm everything is cleared.

🔧 Troubleshooting

The room code isn't working

Make sure both partners have a stable internet connection. Room codes expire after a few minutes, so try creating a new one. Also check that you're entering the code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive).

Cards aren't syncing between devices

This usually means a connection issue. Try: 1) Both close and reopen the app, 2) Create a new room, 3) Make sure you're both on stable WiFi or mobile data.

The app crashed or isn't loading

Try force closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling from Google Play. Still having issues? Email us!
